Circularity Capital expands team with investment analyst appointment

Circularity Capital, the specialist private equity firm supporting growth stage European SMEs in the circular economy, has announced the appointment of Shiri Tsal Sela as Investment Analyst.

 

Joining the business following an internship at BNP Paribas’ Low Carbon Transition Group, Shiri is a graduate from London Business School, having recently completed an MSc in Financial Analysis. Prior to this, Shiri undertook a BSc in Economics and Finance at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, while simultaneously studying for an Advanced BSc in Law and Economics.

 

Alongside her studies, Shiri has gained experience in asset management, M&A advisory and investment due diligence through placements with Sequel Capital and Blockstone Capital. She has also held internship roles at several sustainability scale-ups.


Commenting on her appointment, Shiri said: "As part of my new role, I’ll be helping to identify and execute Circularity’s future investments. This encompasses everything from providing preliminary due diligence research and supporting with deal execution, to ongoing portfolio growth support activities.

The past 12 months has been a period of continued growth for Circularity Capital. Alongside announcing a number of investments – including CERAFILTEC, ACS, Bike Club, REBIKE and CEMAsys, the team has also continued to expand, with Sayen Pillay appointed as Operating Principal, Anders Brejner onboarded as Investment Director, Oliver Farzam appointed as Finance Manager and Marius Araldsen brought in as Investment Analyst.
