Bike Club features in The Times as one of the UK’s top subscription offerings

Earlier this month (7 May), Circularity Capital portfolio company Bike Club was included in a list of the UK’s best subscriptions by The Times.

Published in response to a survey from Visa, which highlighted sustained growth in the adoption of subscription services, the article profiles 33 of the best access-over-ownership initiatives.

Recognised within the ‘Children’ category, Bike Club was celebrated for its ability to save money, reduce the hassle-factor and provide a more sustainable model for UK families to access children’s bikes.

Founded in 2016, the business is on a mission to turn the cycle industry on its head by offering families the chance to subscribe to bikes and scooters online and exchange them as their child grows. BikeClub’s focus on flexible bike rental enables children to get access to higher quality bikes at an affordable price.

Having invested in the company back in May 2022, Circularity Capital has played an instrumental role in supporting Bike Club’s rapid growth, as well as enabling its expansion across Europe.
