Circularity recognised for best-in-class impact management practices
Circularity Capital, the leading specialist European growth stage investor in the circular economy, has been included in BlueMark’s Global Practice Leaderboard for the second year running.
Recognising best in class impact management practices, the revered list shines a spotlight on investors who have received BlueMark verification over the past two years, ranking them based on top quartile ratings across eight practice areas.
BlueMark’s verification methodologies draw on a range of industry standards, frameworks, and regulations, including the Impact Management Project, the Operating Principles for Impact Management, the Principles for Responsible Investment, SDG Impact, and the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation.
Circularity Capital engaged BlueMark to independently verify the alignment of Circularity Capital’s impact management practices with the Operating Principles for Impact Management, an industry standard for integrating impact throughout the investment lifecycle. BlueMark’s assessment findings cover both areas of strength and areas for improvement, as reflected in the Verifier Statement.
Jamie Butterworth, co-founding partner of Circularity Capital, said: “We’re delighted to be included in the BlueMark Practice Leaderboard for the second year running. The recognition demonstrates our transparency, accountability and the impact we continue to deliver within the circular economy.
“Receiving top quartile ratings underscores the rigorous standards we uphold in all aspects of our operations, ensuring that our investments not only generate strong financial returns, but also drive measurable change.”
