Jenny Boyd

Jenny Boyd leads Circularity Capital’s reporting and compliance functions.

Jenny is responsible for all aspects of reporting from finance to compliance, together with leading best practise across the firm on all elements of impact assessment and reporting, including ESG-related disclosures for both the Manager and the underlying Funds.

Jenny is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20-years of post-qualified financial experience. Previously Jenny was head of Private Equity at NCM fund services and prior to this held a number of finance and strategy roles at RBS.


Arjune Shukla

Arjune is a member of the investment team at Circularity Capital, working on origination and investment due diligence.

Prior to joining Circularity Capital, Arjune spent four years at Sustainable Ventures in London where he was responsible for their sourcing and due diligence operations. Arjune previously held roles in natural resources private equity, and environmental policy. Arjune holds an honours BA and MSc from Johns Hopkins University, and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge. Each of his three degrees focused on the intersection of the environment, mathematics, and policy.


Andrew Eadie

Andrew is a member of the investment team at Circularity Capital, working on origination and investment due diligence.

Prior to joining Circularity Capital Andrew was an Investment Associate at Maven Capital Partners in a team responsible for researching, structuring and managing lower mid-market private equity investments. Andrew began his career with Morgan Stanley and holds an honours degree in Physics.


MAXimilian BORK

Max is a member of the investment team at Circularity Capital, working on origination and investment due diligence

Prior to joining Circularity Capital, Max was a member of the deal advisory team at KPMG in Munich and was responsible for financial due diligence and origination for Private Equity mandates. Max holds a MSc in Financial Economics from Boston University and also achieved an MSc in Finance from the International School of Management, Germany


Annie Simpson

Annie is the office manager at Circularity Capital, supporting a range of functions linked to Circularity’s operational and investment activities.

Prior to joining Circularity Capital Annie worked as Office Manager in a corporate finance business. Annie holds a BSc in Applied Consumer Studies from Queen Margaret University and like all other members of the team, participates in Circularity Capital’s circular economy CPD program.
