Oliver fARZAM
Financial Controller
Oliver Farzam is Financial Controller at Circularity Capital, where he oversees financial reporting, compliance, fund operations, and investor transparency. He plays a key role in ensuring the firm’s financial integrity and operational efficiency as it scales its specialist investment platform.
Oliver began his career qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Scott-Moncrieff in 2017. He then joined EY in the Cayman Islands, where he specialised in auditing private equity vehicles, gaining deep exposure to institutional fund structures and international financial standards. Following this, he returned to the UK to join Macquarie Capital, where his role focused on portfolio management and financial control and reporting of the bank's renewable energy investments.
Oliver holds a BA in Money, Banking and Finance from the University of Stirling and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
At Circularity Capital, Oliver is responsible for maintaining robust financial systems and ensuring best-in-class reporting for LPs. His experience across audit, banking, and fund finance makes him a valuable contributor to the firm’s mission of delivering institutional-quality private equity opportunities within the circular economy.
