Winnow takes home gold at the 2023 Pioneer Awards

In November, Circularity portfolio company Winnow took home gold in the ‘Food and Agriculture’ category at the Solar Impulse Foundation’s 2023 Pioneer Awards.

Recognised for it’s groundbreaking partnership with Ingka Group (the largest retailer within the IKEA franchise system, managing around 400 location in over 30 countries), the judges were hugely impressed with how Winnow’s AI food waste reduction technology had helped to reduce food waste across the group by 54% - equating to 20 million meals saved and 36,000 tonnes of CO2e avoided.
