Shark Solutions awarded Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label

We’re delighted to announce that our Danish investee company Shark Solutions has been awarded the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label – an accolade presented to companies that address environmental challenges without compromising economic growth.

Created by upcycling the interlayer from broken laminate glass, the SharkDispersions product is a valuable binding material for use in the production of a wide range of products, including paints, coatings and carpets. Alongside guaranteeing significantly lower CO2, greenhouse gas emissions and VOCs, SharkDispersions is approximately 20% more cost effective than traditional virgin oil based solutions, while also capable of avoiding pricing fluctuations commonplace across the market.
