I am an Operating Principal at Circularity Capital, where I support our portfolio companies to identify and deliver value creation opportunities. I work in close partnership with existing portfolio management teams as well as prospective investments.

As a specialist investor in the circular economy, the firm is helping to drive meaningful change across the business environment. One of the privileges of my role, focusing on Commercial, Strategy and Talent topics, is getting to work with genuine thought leaders in supporting the growth of their businesses.

Before Circularity Capital I was part of the Value Creation Partners team at LDC, where I specialised in go-to-market strategies supporting portfolio companies across a broad range of industries with their sales, marketing, and commercial effectiveness. Prior to this I held a number of strategy and transformation roles at Lloyds Banking Group, having started my career in client relationship management.
