I am part of Circularity Capital’s Investment Committee and responsible for assessing and the delivering environmental impact across our firm and portfolio. I also lead Circularity Capital’s Investor Relations and Fundraising activities.

I have spent over a decade supporting the growth and innovation of businesses in the circular economy. Prior to setting up Circularity Capital I was the founding CEO of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, a global hub for circular economy innovation.

What drove me to establish Circularity with my colleagues was a deeply held belief that today’s linear ‘take-make-dipsose’ model of production and consumption is unsustainable - and that the circular economy provides a powerful framework for an economy that is restorative and regenerative.

I also strongly believe that the growth-stage businesses so key to this transition can grow faster with a domain expert investor who really understands their business model and has the right insight and network to scale globally.
