Andrew Eadie is a Senior Investment Associate at Circularity Capital, responsible for investment origination, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management. He works closely with management teams at Matsmart, PackBenefit, and Cocogreen to support strategic growth and operational excellence.

Andrew joined Circularity Capital to contribute to the scaling of sustainable business models that deliver measurable impact and premium financial returns. Prior to this, he held a similar role at Maven Capital Partners, where he focused on lower mid-market private equity investments. He began his career in finance at Morgan Stanley.

Andrew holds an MSC in Physics from the University of Glasgow, where he developed a strong analytical foundation and problem-solving skillset that he now applies to evaluating investment opportunities and supporting portfolio performance. His academic background complements his commercial experience, enabling him to assess both financial and operational levers for value creation.
