Anders Berger has over 15 years of experience in sourcing, executing, and driving value creation across buy-out and growth equity investments. With a strong foundation in technology, software, and data, Anders has built a reputation for hands-on leadership and strategic insight, particularly in B2B services across Northern Europe.

He currently serves as Investment Director at Circularity Capital, where he leads the enabling solutions vertical and manages several portfolio investments.

Prior to Circularity, Anders was an Investment Director at Ventiga Capital Partners, where he led transactions including the merger that formed Skymetrix and the sale of Infare Solutions to OAG. His earlier career includes roles at Meltwater, Agilitas PE, and Procuritas, where he supported IPOs, refinancing, and cross-border acquisitions. Notably, Anders also spent time at Cinven, contributing to Nordic sourcing efforts and supporting portfolio development for Coor Facility Management and Ahlsell.

Anders holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, with a major in Accounting and Financial Management.
