Circularity Capital has an opportunity for an Investment Associate to join the team to assist in the origination, execution and management of portfolio companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities including the preparation of investment committee papers, the review and assessment of due diligence reports and the review of legal documentation;
  • supporting in investment and portfolio management;
  • assisting in the regular portfolio reporting process; and
  • working collaboratively with the wider team to originate investment opportunities across Europe.

Key Attributes

The successful candidate will:

  • have (senior) analyst level investment banking or corporate finance experience;
  • have an interest in the circular economy as a framework for value creation;
  • have strong, technical financial modelling skills;
  • be personable and comfortable working as part of a small, dedicated and highly motivated team;

Circular Economy Network & Origination Manager

Circularity Capital has an opportunity for a talented business development expert to join the team to actively manage its growing circular economy and specialist corporate finance network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

  • pro-actively engaging with and expanding Circularity Capital's circular economy network;
  • engaging with and expanding Circularity Capital's broader specialist corporate finance network across Europe;
  • identifying investable opportunities from within these networks;
  • attending and representing Circularity Capital at relevant events across Europe; and
  • identifying opportunities to support the development of Circularity Capital's investee businesses through relevant introductions across these networks - with a specific focus on building insight and access to global corporate businesses with circular economy strategies.

Principle Responsibilities:

Key activities include (but are not limited to):

  • working with the team to liaise with and develop Circularity Capital's origination network;
  • identifying business development opportunities for Circularity Capital's investee businesses; and
  • managing Circularity Capital's origination focussed marketing and PR activities, including Circularity Capital's social media and online presence.

  • be a self-starter capable of managing a broad network across Europe;
  • be personable and comfortable in a networking and business development role;

Circularity Capital has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to help pro-actively support our growing team manage our office administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • providing administrative support to the Circularity Capital team and managing Circularity Capital's Edinburgh Office;
  • occasional coordination and management of events within the UK, Europe and internationally;
  • organising and auditing the company's IT systems, databases, and procedures; and
  • supporting digital marketing activities.
